1. General: By using amarubijoux.com, you agree to these terms and conditions. Amaru Bijoux reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products: All jewelry is carefully curated and sold as described. Colors may vary slightly due to photography lighting. We offer pieces in stainless steel, sterling silver and gold.

3. Shipping: We ship within Canada only. Orders are processed within 72 hours of purchase. Shipping times vary by destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

4. Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original receipt. To initiate a return, contact us at info@amarubijoux.com.

5. Piercing Services: Piercing services are booked online and paid in person at our boutique. We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Engraving Services: Custom engraving orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.
